- Plant and Grounds Committee: Review of life safety code projects and security measures in place to manage pedestrian traffic. “A” wing rooms placed in service as a percentage of total bed count for Critical Access Hospital.
- Executive Committee: none
- Joint Conference Committee: Review of Meaningful Use measures for year one statistical purposes. Review of three elements under construction to meet year one criteria.
- Budget Committee: Year-to-date review of operational budget statistics correlated to previous fiscal year-to-date.
- Financial Committee: Profit and loss summary for current period with a correlation to previous year. Review of revenue and non-revenue producing departments.
- Staff Reports: Safety Committee, Infection Control Committee, Quality Control Committee, and Utilization Review Committee.
- Administrative Reports: Review of SHOPP contributions year-to-date and movement within the Oklahoma Health Care Authority to conduct audits on clinics within Oklahoma. Review of governmental affairs affecting Critical Access Hospitals and the need to evaluate operational effectiveness of facilities associated with Mercy as a system.
- New Business: Development of a Comprehensive Advanced Life Support course for six contiguous hospitals in the respective market area with the University of Minnesota and the Oklahoma Office of Rural Health.
- Unfinished Business: Review of the Community-wide Health Needs Assessment being conducted by the Oklahoma Office of Rural Health with representation by Mercy Health Love County.
